Change and cancellation policy for workshops

If you would like to change the date of a workshop, you may do so up to 4 weeks before the date of the workshop. Workshops which have been paid for may be used within 3 months from date of purchase and the payments are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers and workshop credits expire after 3 months from date of purchase although they may be transferred to someone else at the same skill level as the workshop skill level in case the owner of the voucher or workshop participant cannot make the date they agreed to.

Between 4 and 2 weeks before the date of a workshop, there is an admin fee of €50 to cancel or change a workshop date. From 2 weeks from the date of a workshop it is not possible to change the date although you may transfer your booking to someone else who is at the same skill level.
